WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
In order to keep the online ordering experience safe and secure, all expedited orders, orders shipping to an address other than the billing, and orders with incorrect billing information are reviewed by our Fraud Prevention Team. These orders may require additional verification and confirmation prior to shipping. We do our best to reach out as soon as possible to avoid any unnecessary delays, so keep an eye on your phone and email. In some cases, shipments may take 5-7 days to ship.
WILL MY ORDER COME FULLY ASSEMBLED?
Assembling digital pianos we sell is easy! With some simple instructions and the occasional screwdriver, you’re all set to go. For digital pianos, you are generally only putting together the stand itself. If you get stuck, don't hesitate to call us and we'll help walk you through any of the assembly process!
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE U.S.?
Due to our dealer agreements, we are only authorized to ship our products to addresses within our dealer area. We also cannot ship to Freight Forwarding facilities. Be sure to check with us for product availability in your country.
ARE YOU WILLING TO SHIP OUTSIDE OF YOUR LOCAL MARKET?
